I'm Nicole Anderson: Director of Recruiting, career coach, and founder of Good Work Recruiting.
I've spent 14+ years inside talent development and hiring, working across startups, nonprofits, enterprise companies, and everything in between. I've led recruiting teams, advised hiring managers, and made thousands of candidate decisions. I’ve built and managed full recruiting functions from the ground up, including building custom processes that work for growing businesses. I've also worked on the other side of the table: as a career coach helping hundreds of professionals navigate job searches, career pivots, and salary negotiations. That dual perspective is what makes Good Work Recruiting different. I understand what great candidates look like and how to find them. I deeply understand the candidate mindset from years of career coaching. I also understand what it feels like to be the business trying to hire them.
When you work with Good Work Recruiting, you work with me directly. I personally oversee every search, from intake through offer. Depending on scope I may bring in trusted recruiting support, but my involvement and judgment are on every engagement.
I started Good Work Recruiting because growing businesses deserve access to serious recruiting and talent expertise. This is not a traditional agency experience, but a true partner who treats your hire like it matters. Because it does.

WHERE:
At this time, we only hire for roles based in the U.S. or Canada, due to our understanding of U.S. and Canadian compliance and employment law.
We typically meet with our clients virtually over Zoom, but we are open to a travel conversation depending on the scope.
