Nicole personally oversees every search. From intake through offer, you work directly with someone who has interviewed 1,000+ candidates, filled hundreds of roles, and built recruiting functions from the ground up across startups, nonprofits, enterprise companies, and industries from education to SaaS to creative.
Depending on the scope of a project, Nicole may bring in trusted recruiting support, but her involvement and judgment are on every engagement.
